1. Introduction

Applendit ("we", "our", or "us") built the Mindy Loops app as a free application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information when you use our app.

By using Mindy Loops, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the application.

2. Information We Collect

Mindy Loops may collect the following types of information:

Automatically Collected Data

• Device identifiers (advertising ID, device model, OS version)
• Network connectivity status (Wi-Fi / mobile data)
• App usage data (session length, level progress, interactions)
• Language and locale preferences
• Crash reports and diagnostic data

Analytics & Crash Reporting (Planned)

We plan to integrate Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics in a future update. When enabled, these services may collect anonymised usage statistics and crash diagnostics to help us improve the app. This policy will be updated accordingly before that integration is live.

Data Stored Locally on Your Device

• Game progress and level completion (stored locally via SharedPreferences)
• Sound and haptic preferences

This locally stored data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

3. Advertising

Mindy Loops uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google may collect and use data to serve personalised ads based on your interests.

Google AdMob may collect:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID / IDFA)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device information (model, OS version, screen size)
• App interaction data for ad performance measurement

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, personalised advertising is only served with your explicit consent, in accordance with GDPR. A consent dialogue may be shown upon first launch.

You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalisation (Android).

4. Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Google AdMob — Advertising
• Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — Analytics and crash reporting (planned)
• just_audio — Local audio playback (no data collected)
• connectivity_plus — Network status detection (no data transmitted)

We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party services.

5. Your Rights Under GDPR (EEA & UK Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

• The right to access the personal data we hold about you
• The right to request correction of inaccurate data
• The right to request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
• The right to object to or restrict processing of your data
• The right to data portability
• The right to withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent)

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Mindy Loops does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app is a general-audience puzzle game with no features targeting children specifically.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at applendit@gmail.com and we will take steps to delete such information.

For advertising, Google AdMob is configured to serve non-personalised ads in contexts where users may be under 13, in compliance with COPPA and Google's Families Policy.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.

• Local game data: stored on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data
• Ad-related data: managed by Google AdMob per their own retention policies
• Analytics data (when enabled): retained per Firebase's default retention settings

8. Data Security

We value your trust and strive to use commercially acceptable means of protecting any data associated with your use of the app. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Game progress data is stored locally on your device only and is not transmitted to external servers by Applendit.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.

Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
